Steven B. Spewak is now in his 23rd year dedicated to providing the highest quality in legal services.  His practice, and that of his firm, is devoted to estate planning, trusts and probate.  He is a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys.
  
Steve obtained his Bachelor's of Science degree in accounting from Drake University and his law degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City where he graduated "with distinction".  Following law school, Steve served four years as a lawyer in the Judge Advocate General Corp of the United States Air Force.  Upon completion of his military commitment, he returned to school at the National Law Center of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. where he earned a graduate law degree in Tax Law.  Since 1979, he has been engaged in the private practice of law in the metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri area.

In an era where "cookie cutter", "one size fits all" services often seem to be the norm, Steven Spewak is committed to providing individualized service and attention to each of his clients to best fulfill their personal goals and objectives.  His clients include people of varied ages, occupations and economic circumstances.  They include young families, retirees, professionals, business executives and business owners, each with their own individual needs.  Steve's approach is to provide each client with responsive personal attention and to craft plans designed to meet each client's individual needs.  His goal for each is to assist in building and preserving wealth, achieving personal and family objectives, minimizing taxes, and providing comfort and peace of mind with the planning that takes place.

Steven Spewak is well known and regarded in the legal community in the metropolitan St. Louis area.  He has authored articles on subjects related to estate planning, trusts, and probate for professional journals and speaks frequently before professional and civic groups on these subjects.  He is a co-author of the newly released book on estate planning, LOVE, MONEY, CONTROL, Reinventing Estate Planning.  He serves on the Probate and Trust Committee of The Missouri Bar and is a member of the steering committee of the Probate and Trust Committee of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
